Proof from the shortlist.

A buyer asks AI who to choose. A few businesses get named. The shortlist is made before anyone opens a website.

These are the clients who agreed to publish their work. Not every client wants their numbers public. Each case shows what I found, what I changed, what went the wrong way, what moved, and where the numbers came from.

Lufi & Friends

Google's own Merchant Center emails showed 18 products not approved in May 2026, the month clicks fell by more than half, to 96. One month later not-approved was down to 1 and clicks were back to 191, close to their April level. The product pages come next: 33 finished records across seven languages, staged for the store's new theme.

Aal Cachucho

Started Apr 28, 2026

A Madrid wedding venue moving upmarket, with its positioning settled by search data and its largest opportunity found in its own booking calendar. In Spanish, 'finca de bodas' moved from 29 to 5 between July and September; in English, 16 positions in Google's top 100 became 39 in 103 days, though only the venue's own name has reached the top 10 so far.

Ein Insights

Started Aug 27, 2026

In August, ChatGPT left Ein Insights out of all four buyer questions and named it only when asked about it directly. The audit traced why: one chamber listing was the only outside source doing any work, and there was no Google Business Profile. A clean retest on 8 September put Ein Insights first in ChatGPT's own recommendation, citing that listing, while the local map results still left it out.

Signal Faible

Started Sep 3, 2026

A French creative studio had a technically readable site, but ranked 13th for its own name, had about two estimated organic visits a month, no Google Business Profile found, no GA4, and almost no third-party corroboration. The fix is now in progress.

For website agencies

Open to partnering on AI visibility.

A new website can be beautiful, fast and technically clean. That does not mean it gets named when a buyer asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity who to choose. The commercial work is deciding which questions the client has to appear for, what competitors already own those answers, what proof the website needs, and which third-party citations have to exist outside the site.

Referral

You introduce the client when the website is done and the next question is whether AI recommends them.
